I wanted to send something special and unique to my best friend for her birthday. The bouquet that was made just for her, was better than I could have imagined. When I called to order, I received friendly and helpful service. The picture that is sent of the bouquet make the great customer service even better. I will for sure be ordering more bouquets.

Once again Banda's has produced a masterpiece for me. When I call, time is taken to learn about the recipient and Taylor the arrangement to that person. I never feel limited to a picture that has been made over and over again. Banda's is definitely an artist.

The bouquet I ordered for my mom online for Mother’s Day looks nothing like what was delivered. NOTHING. I’m so upset because I looked through many bouquets on multiple business sites. I found one that actually blew my socks off. I wish I could post the pictures on here of what I ordered vs what my mom got. Luckily she just loved getting flowers, and said they smell amazing. But when I spend $111 to get my mom some flowers on the other side of the country, I’d like the flowers to look that good and include the types and colors that I paid for. Never ordering again.

I'm very sorry you were unhappy with your order. We come as close as possible to what was ordered. In your case, it was all purples, fuchsia. There were definitely, purple tulips, fuchsia roses, purple roses. As stated on the website, subs happen and we always fill to value. I will call you.

I have never seen two arrangements look the same. The pictures are a reference for style. I'm guessing this is why so many shops are going with "Designer's choice" which means you can specify color and if certain flowers are important to you, you can request those. I use pictures as a style reference. Pretty sure that's common in the industry.

When I say we sub to value, I mean we add up cost of stems etc, and it is always at or more than list price. However, perceived value is something else. You were unhappy with the look so, you feel you didn't get your money's worth. I'm sorry about that!

I ordered a special bouquet for my mom’s bday & live out of town. I asked for photos to see it before they sent and I didn’t hear a word after I ordered online. My mom sent me a photo of a wilted sad looking bouquet of tulips in a plain glass vase. For $83. So disappointed, won’t be using them again.

I am sorry you were unhappy with your order. This review confuses me. You ordered a vase of 15 tulips. I assure you, the tulips we used were gorgeous premium double tulips with light greenery. I also added pepples to vase bottom.They were so fresh, their color was just starting to peak. The website picture of 15 tulips looked similar to 15 tulips we delivered. You mentioned wanting a special bouquet and on your order you stated loving our flowers. Perhaps you meant to order a mixed bouquet? We send confirmations (yours with a pic) towards the end of the day. Was yours in Spam? Tried calling.

I was able to counsel with Banda as to what gift would be best for the unique circumstances of my family. We wanted to show concern about a cancer diagnosis, but not give any funeral feelings. Also didn't want it to be something that took much care since this family was being swarmed with new responsibilities with the new situation. The gift they sent was perfect.

Amazing! My 18 y/o daughter is spending Christmas alone because she’s at Lower Columbia College on the basketball team and we couldn’t afford to have her travel for just a 3 day trip due to games and this shop was Fantastic and got her a beautiful arrangement at the last minute. I tried to get her some fruit but I’ll call back & order her some in advance! Ray So Much for going above & beyond during this Holiday Season! Love It!

Very nice arrangement. Changed water and re-cut stems every other day or so and flowers lasted well. 8 days old now and down to a much smaller arrangement but still looks nice.

I have seen many of Banda's flower arrangements and was always impressed with the quality. I decided to get an arrangement from then but had an issue with my bouquet, and was a little disappointed. My husband ordered flowers, stuffed animal, and chocolate. The order arrived several days later. The flower arrangement had tulips in it that appeared to have grown for a few days and bent over. The chocolate was 7 pieces of Seattle's Best. $20 is way over charging.

The flowers were delivered on 2/25 instead of expected 3/1. Bouquet was made of very different flowers than ordered. Contacted store and they offered $30 off my next order. I can provide image of delivered bouquet, if desired.

Thank you for contacting us. Again, my apologies for the early delivery. As mentioned on our website and on the phone, substitutions are likely but we try to get as close as possible and to value. We just couldn't get it as purple as the picture. However, we added more value to the arrangement. I'm glad you thought it was a nice bouquet but sorry you were not happy with the lack of purple.

The basket was apparently very well done, very full of goodies and looked really nice. My only complaints were that half of the items were well past their expiration dates (nuts that were 2+ years beyond expiration date) and tasted bad as a result. I am sorry you were unhappy with the basket. The products in the basket were to value. We took into consideration that the basket was going to a hospital waiting room. We did not include a teapot, tea, soups, meats that needed to be cut, or anything that required work. We felt it more important to provide tasty foods that were easily accessible. We added a $25.00 box of gourmet chocolates, already sliced sausage, an entire bag of tangelos, and other finger fruits.

This is twice now I have order from this store and they have forgotten a part of my order. I paid over $100.00 for flowers a large stuffed animal. They forgot to deliver the stuffed animal today. The only complaint we had was that the card that accompanied our flower delivery only contained our greetings w/o our names. It confused the recipients until we visited them at their Longview home and asked them if they had received the flowers that we sent them.

The flower arrangement is pretty and fresh. Delivery was in the morning as requested. However, the attached card neglected to include the name of the senders! Luckily, they were our dinner guests later that day, and they asked if we had received flowers. Mystery solved.

We get quite a few requests, or in the case of a website order like this, where sender does not want to be identified. We let them know that if recipient calls requesting information, we have to give it. Since this was a website order, we called the sender but did not get a response, so we left it as is. I'm glad you liked the flowers. When you called in the afternoon to check if we could deliver, you mentioned Saturday was fine. Due to the distance from our shop (almost an hour round trip which I was not aware of at the time you called), we thought it best to deliver Saturday morning. As a side note, I would have rejected this order due to the distance; however, I felt it important to stick to my word and deliver it.

Sorry you were unhappy with your "junk food" basket. We redelivered several extra lg Whoppers and Milk Duds. Also, you may have paid $84.00, however, your gift was actually $65.00. Please don't think that delivery and tax are part of the product total. Not sure what minimum wage is in VI, but WA has gone up to be one of the highest in the country. So, in WA more dollars are applied to labor. I'm glad we get so many positive comments but, getting even one negative, is upsetting. Again, our apologies!

My son always sends me bouquets with star-gazer lilies because they are my favorite. While the flowers were beautiful when delivered, the lilies began wilting the very next day. that was disappointing

Service was very good and delivery person was polite and professional. The item I ordered looked very much like the picture. (Ordered online) My issue is that the actual item was at least 1/2 the size I expected. My total price was over $60 closer to $70. The arrangement was about 12 inches high x 12 inches wide. Thank you for your review! The Lemon Lime Zest is in a 4" cube vase; we used a 5" cube vase. Cube vases can be deceptive because the style is short, tight, modern, and trendy. To add value, we use a hydrangea, to make it fuller. We used more flowers than...we are sorry you did not like this short style.

After you left I addressed the issue on my website. I emphasized that when you order a product, please note that the pictured item is the middle price shown. Although it is clearly stated for each item, it obviously needed to be pointed out.
My apologies also for coming across rude. It seemed like you needed me to itemize the price of $35.00 for candy, basket, and labor. That didn't seem to satisfy you, so I had to ask what you would like from me to rectify "the problem". How else could I have handled the situation?
If I were the unsatisfied customer, I would have brought the candy basket back and asked for a refund. However, bringing a picture of the more expensive item, and not explaining what you wanted, left me with nothing other than to ask, "What would you like me to do for you?" If that is rude....again, I apologize.

I think your company did very well. The receipiant loved the flowers and couldn't stop talking about them. My only concern would be putting the recipiant's phone number on the card. I did not have their direct line, so I used my own and they knew right who it was from then. It was supposed to just be a surprise. But everything else was wonderful!
