I think your company did very well. The receipiant loved the flowers and couldn't stop talking about them. My only concern would be putting the recipiant's phone number on the card. I did not have their direct line, so I used my own and they knew right who it was from then. It was supposed to just be a surprise. But everything else was wonderful! Great customer service, wonderful delivery and great, helpful staff!

Because I live out of state and you often don't know what you are getting, Banda's Bouquets went out of their way to insure I was a satisfied customer by emailing me a picture of what was delivered with a breakdown of my bill. Working overseas makes it hard to send multiple arrangements on one order. I end up making multiple orders for one delivery. It's really nice that in lieu of paying 2, 3 or more delivery fees, she throws in extra balloons or something nice. Service is excellent. Mike G.
